A practicing Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years post-qualification experience in the field of Auditing, Direct Taxation, Project Finance, NRI Consultancy & Taxation. Successfully completed Certificate Course on Business Valuation conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
An active member of the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has delivered lectures on GST, Income Tax and Accounting Standards at the WIRC of ICAI, Comptroller & Auditor General (C&AG) & other forums and also serves as coordinator for various conferences and seminars conducted by the WIRC of ICAI. He has also served on the sub-committee of Internal Auditing of the WIRC of ICAI.
Co-authored various books on Financial Accounting for Self Financing Courses of the University of Mumbai.
An avid trekker and bird watcher and involved in the avian survey of Sanjay Gandhi National Park and an avian survey of Sewri and NhavaSheva to study the impact of Mumbai Trans-Harbour Link instituted by the Government of Maharashtra.
